Senator Mackie moved that the Senate adopt the Conference                      
Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                               
NO.51.                                                                         
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate adopt the Conference                      
Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                           
51 An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                  
expenses of the states integrated comprehensive mental health                  
program; and providing for an effective date? The roll was taken
